 TikTok allows users to create short 15-second videos often set to music and known for lighter 4) ___ and fancy edits. A growing chorus of 6) ____are calling for an immediate investigation warning the app, owned by a Chinese tech company, could pose a 7) ___  ___ threat.

 There are a 110 million Americans who have 8) ___ with TikTok, and the Chinese 9) ___ could be grabbing every one of them. TikTok’s privacy policy explicitly states that it collects data including User Content and communications, 10) ___, and sensitive personal information. The Chinese government is already known for monitoring its 11) ___ through facial recognition and censoring. TikTok says it does not censor 12) ______ based on sensitivities related to China, adding it stores US user data in the United States and Singapore. Tonight social media juggernaut TikTok is in danger after the 1) ______ threatens to shut it down. A source directly familiar with the talks confirms to NBC news that a deal to sell TikTok's U.S. operations to a 4) ______ business, most likely Microsoft, is on President Trump's desk.
